PROBLEM:
An aircraft flies from London (H= 0.19, Z= 0.42) to Johannesburg (H= 0.15, Z= -0.28). Coefficient B was -3°, -2° of which was due to soft iron and -1°of which was due to hard iron; the Coefficient was compensated at London by means of a micro- adjuster.
Determine the deviation due to this coefficient at Johannesburg on a heading of 60°.
